The Greater Las Cruces Chamber of Commerce’s Jr. Leadership program, modeled on our highly successful Leadership Las Cruces, is a unique program that involves nine all-day training sessions for Las Cruces area high school juniors.
The training sessions run for nine months and involve speakers, field trips and events. Students learn leadership and public speaking skills and benefit from meaningful community experiences. We encourage participants to remain in the area following graduation.
Applications for Jr. Leadership class become available on the first day of school at all area high schools or here at the Chamber.
