The Greater Las Cruces Chamber works with community leaders, Chamber members, and other organizations toward policies that help to promote business creation and growth, increase employment, help retain existing businesses and jobs, stimulate overall economic growth, and improve the quality of life in Las Cruces and Southern New Mexico.
In addition to policy work, the Chamber through committees such as the Small Business Council and the Events & Benefits committee, provide members with networking and business development opportunities, work to educate members on current and future developments that will impact their businesses, and provide them with tools and resources to grow their businesses.
Lastly, the Chamber works to improve the quality of the areas workforce through a program called Skill-Ready Doña Ana. We believe a viable workforce is an essential component of any community economic development.
