John Ryan, sales manager for CST Solar on East Lohman Avenue in Las Cruces, originally hails from a small town in southeastern Connecticut. A classically trained chef, Ryan decided to put his culinary career on hold to take part in a pilot program in sustainable technologies at the University of Hawaii’s, Maui College.
