The Board of the Greater Las Cruces Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that it has named Debbi Moore as its new president and CEO.Moore, who has more than 30 years experience with various chambers and nonprofits in Texas and New Mexico, including the chambers in Hobbs and Albuquerque, joined the Rio Rancho organization in May 2002, one of 65 applicants for the job.
