Supplemental Schedules
(Separate schedules for Apartments, Banks & Savings & Loan, Hospitals, Home Based & Individuals, Service/Non-Profit, Professionals and Real Estate Firms. Negotiable for Education and Public Utilities)
(Schedule A): Apartments: 0-100 units, $250 plus $1.00 for each room over 100
(Schedule B): Banks & Savings & Loan: $250 plus $20 per million on deposit in Dona Ana County
(Schedule C): Hospitals: $250 plus ($5) per bed
(Schedule D): Home Based Small Business & Agents: $175 (single employee, home-based businesses & individual real estate and insurance agents)
(Schedule E): Hotels & Motels: $250 plus $4 per room
(Schedule F): Individuals: $150, (individuals may be retired, employed part-time or full-time in a firm that is not a member of the chamber
(Schedule G): Service & Non-Profit Organizations: $150
(Schedule H): Professionals: $250 plus $50 per additional professional in firm (physicians, dentists, attorneys, architects, CPA’s, veterinarians, chiropractors, opticians, optometrists, engineers)
(Schedule I): Real Estate Firms: $250 plus $25 per agent capped at $650
Essential Public Entities (Negotiable): (Public organizations that are critical to the well being of the community) Utilities, Local Government, Private & Parochial Schools, Public School Systems, Universities, Community Colleges
EXCEPTIONS TO SCHEDULE
- Individual Conquistadore: Lifetime members of the Conquistadores who also pay $100 dues to the Conquistadores
- Additional Representatives: Additional representatives may be added by the most favorable method of buying up to the level desired or increasing the amount of dues paid at the rate of $100 per representative over the base rate of $250. Only voting representatives may receive mailings, serve as a committee chairman or may be eligible for election to the board of directors.
- Small Business Blanket Investment: (same owner, separate business) the rate only applies when the owner of the first business owns 100% of the additional businesses. Each additional business may be added for $150
- Multiple Locations: Follow the basic membership rate for the location with the largest employment base; add $150 for each additional location in Dona Ana County.
