Our customers need us the most when they file a claim. As an Allstate Claims Service Specialist, you will play a vital role to ensure we deliver on our promise to help restore people’s lives after they’ve experienced a loss. Each day you will be responsible for managing a steady volume of new claims involving property, auto liability and/or casualty. Most importantly, you will work with our customers to guide them through the claims process in a caring and professional manner. You will handle every step from managing incoming calls and data entry, to filing reports and mail support. Specific responsibilities include:

• Telephone interaction with customers
• Typing and data entry
• Filing reports and customer information
• Other administrative duties as assigned.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.

Compensation and other important information:

• Starting salary: $11.35 hourly
• Excellent benefits starting on your first day of employment, including 401K, health, dental, vision and life insurance.
• First 6-8 weeks will include training classes from 12:15pm to 9:00pm.
• Complete training runs for 6-8 weeks and is mandatory. No time off will be permitted during this period, and may also require rotating weekend and holiday shifts as necessary.
• After training, shift hours will fall between 12:15pm to 9:00pm with potential for 24/7/365 in the future.
