During the Greater Las Cruces Chamber of Commerce Annual Banquet held Feb. 1, Leslie Martinez and Bruce Drum were recognized for going above and beyond. The importance of professionalism
As I look down the Conquistadore roster and see all the names from different businesses and different backgrounds, one thing I do see they all have in common is that they are all professionals.
It defines a profession as “a calling requiring specialized knowledge and often long and intensive academic preparation.”
These definitions imply that professionalism encompasses a number of different attributes. Together these attributes identify and define a professional.

History was honored Sunday, March 17, during the annual Bataan Memorial Death March. A group of Conquistadores and FirstLight Federal Credit Union employees met before the sun came up and ventured over to White Sands Missile Range to volunteer their time and show support to the local individuals and the many who have traveled across the county to be part of this event.
