The Greater Las Cruces Chamber Of Commerce is seeking a provider for food service and table linens/decorations for the “2016 Chamber Choice Awards and Gala. The event will be conducted on Friday, January 22, 2016, at the Las Cruces Convention Center with cocktails from 6:00 to 6:45 p.m. and Dinner and Program from 6:45 to 11:00 p.m.
You are hereby offered the opportunity to submit a proposal within the following specifications:
Your proposal must be provided to the Chamber office by close of business Friday, Oct. 9. The proposal will be awarded by late October. Please itemize all proposals by food costs, linens, decorations and any additional costs. Proposals can be submitted by email to firstname.lastname@example.org , mailed to the Chamber office at 505 S Main St., Ste. 134, Las Cruces NM 88001. Please mark the outside of your sealed envelope with “2016 Chamber Choice Awards and Gala” if you mail it or walk it in.
The Chamber is a member-supported nonprofit organization and as such accepts partial donations of goods and services in connection with this proposal. Donations are accepted and appropriate recognition of the member’s donation will be given. The Greater Las Cruces Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to decline any and all proposals or donations. A business must be a member in good standing with the Chamber to be awarded the contract.
