Get ready for Las Cruces Day in Santa Fe

Aug 12th, 2013

Stacie Allen, Chair of the Council of Conquistadores 2013 Greater Las Cruces Chamber of CommerceLas Cruces Day in Santa Fe, an annual event hosted by the Conquistadores, gives each of our citizens, individuals and businesses the opportunity to show their support for our city, our local legislators and legislation that is important to our future.

Members of the business community travel north to Santa Fe for the legislative session and a full weekend of events. This year, we’re lengthening our time in Santa Fe to make a bigger impact. The dates for the 2014 event are Saturday through Tuesday, Feb. 1-4.

For the past several years, the
event has broken attendance records, demonstrating the strong commitment Las Cruces business leaders have to showing their support for our local legislators and outstanding participation in our lobbying efforts.

The 2014 event promises to be even better with our special reception at the mansion with Gov. Susana Martinez, a reception to once again honor our local legislators, a new Sunday Super Bowl party and networking event at the outstanding El Dorado Hotel and Spa.

We cannot host this grand
event without the support of our sponsors. A big “thank you” goes out to MountainView Regional Medical Center, the City of Las Cruces, Doña Ana County, New Mexico State University, Comcast, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Las Cruces Public Schools, American Document Services, The Game Sports Bar & Grill, US Bank, Virgin Galactic and the Las Cruces Bulletin for their generous support. Sponsorship opportunities are still available. Contact the Chamber at 524-1968 to find out how your business can get involved.

Early-bird registration for
LCDSF is now available. Visit or contact the Chamber. Please take the time to register early – join the Greater Las Cruces Chamber of Commerce and the Council of Conquistadores in a united front for the continued growth and progress of the City of Las Cruces.

Let’s make this Las Cruces Day in Santa Fe one to remember.
