CEO’s roots inspires business expansion

Almost two decades ago, a young entrepreneurial minded CEO, Travis Bowley took a leap of faith and createdEmpereon Marketing, LLC GLCCC August Business of the Month Empereon Marketing. The business evolved from a small regional boutique call center operation(s) to a leading provider of contact center solutions, specializing in acquisition, retention, customer care, and technical support. Based on Empereon’s model of success, Constar Financial Services, LLC was launched in 2005 as a full-service customer management and accounts receivable company. Today, services include loan processing, business process outsourcing, reconnect services, account management and courtesy collections. Industries served have grown to include e-commerce, satellite/ broadband, retail, banking and financial services.

Great synergy has been gained by combining the collection expertise with sales and / or customer service proficiency in Empereon Marketing.
