Canned Food Drive - Pioneer Bank

Oct 19th, 2015

At Pioneer Bank, our community is our livelihood.  We are a true community bank and we believe in giving back in many different ways.  Pioneer Bank at 3831 E. Lohman Ave.in Las Cruces is hosting a canned food Canned Food - Pioneer Bankdrive to benefit the Casa de Peregrinos Emergency Food Program until the beginning of December. They have a beautiful display up that will "will make you want to go home and have a bowl of soup and warm a heart when you donate too!!!" according to Darlene Stalder, Pioneer HPC Captain.

Casa de Peregrinos (Casa), a food pantry in Las Cruces, New Mexico, serves not only Las Cruces but also much of Doña Ana County. Here, tough times tend to strike both often and hard. Right now, for example, nearly one-quarter of our residents live below poverty level. In rural colonias they're actually living far below, with family incomes averaging $5,000 per year.

Thank you for helping us help the community we live in by dropping your non-perishable food to Pioneer Bank, 3831 E. Lohman Ave. in Las Cruces.
