Helping the business community grow

Dreams come true at the Arrowhead Executive Office Center

Many have the dream or goal to open their own business one day, but different factors prevent them, such as a lack of funds, experience or guidance. Fortunately, help, such as the Arrowhead Executive Office Center (AEOC), is out there for entrepreneurs.

The center opened in October 2012 in the Arrowhead Research Park. AEOC offers a company a prestigious image without the hassle, expense or commitment associated with a traditional long-term lease. A company benefits by pooling the cost of the amenities with other businesses, which in turn provides you with a high level of service and amenities at a lower cost.

AEOC offers a great way to trim expenses and reduce overhead without sacrificing professionalism. It specializes in making your business life easier.

Its mission is “Being locally owned we are committed to providing a professional, confidential and productive working atmosphere with dependable office support in a cost-effective manner. We specialize in making your business life easier, whether you are down the street or across the country.”

When Vice President Michele Ungvarsky was asked on what inspired her to go into business she said, “I was looking for an impressive place I could meet clients without having to invest in a full time office.”

There are many aspects of AEOC that are unique, such as being the first office building in the city to offer virtual offices. It is the only business office in the city to offer lightning fast, fiber-optic Internet. Its boardroom offers the use of a Mondopad and full-room video conferencing. Office and meeting space on an hourly basis is also offered to their members. It can get a client a telephone number with any U.S. area code in 24 hours or less and toll-free numbers and exchanges from other countries so their business can have “local” numbers for multiple locations.

AEOC hopes to expand its number of executive offices in the future. It would also like to open another location in the north part of Las Cruces to serve that part of the community.

AEOC is constantly working on upgrading its technology to offer the best service it can, which keeps them ahead of competitors. It works hard to keep the most cutting edge technology available for its members.

Starting a business is not an easy task, but AEOC is available to help.

“We recommend that a person does a thorough investigation prior to taking action. Build a good business plan based on other companies in similar sized communities,” Ungvarsky said.

Although AEOC has helped many businesses since 2012, one of the difficulties it has encountered is educating the community. The center is working hard to create awareness on what it offers and how it can be beneficial to a person’s business.
